I oversee creative direction and brand development across licensed and branded apparel programs, supporting 50+ customers in Retail, Hospitality, Transportation, and QSR. I launched the Product Development Department in 2019 and the Design Department in 2020, building teams and processes from the ground up into today’s multi-department operation.

Now leading Design, Creative Direction, and Marketing, I guide brand identity, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional creative alignment while directing uniform programs for Fortune 500 clients. My background in fashion design and collection development informs every project—whether building departments, developing collections, or mentoring teams, I focus on cohesive brands and empowered people.

A Scalable Catalog

A key highlight of this work is the company-wide Product Catalog, which I conceived, designed, and directed end-to-end. I led the creative vision, photoshoot direction, merchandising, and cross-team coordination across Technical Design and Product Development to ensure accuracy and consistency across categories. After presenting to the executive team for buy-in, I launched the catalog company-wide as a scalable sales and design tool supporting over 50 customers.

Brand RFP & Pitch Decks

Beyond internal resources, I develop client-facing design decks that win new partnerships and bring rebrands to life. These presentations merge storytelling with strategy, showcasing design direction, fabric choices, and full uniform programs.

Highlights include:

  • Sprouts Farmers Market – RFP program pitch

  • El Pollo Loco – A full uniform rebrand design deck

  • Discount Tire / America’s Tire – A pitch deck including regenerative tire fabrication

These decks supported new business while elevating our brand image across competitive RFP cycles.

Eco-Conscious Training

Circularity Certification

Led creative direction and full design of this internal-facing sustainability deck, created as an introductory training resource for Sales and Account Management teams. My team and I sourced all content, completed the Fashion Circularity Workshop certification (Material Exchange x LA Textile x USFIA), and developed this catalog to support ongoing education around sustainability in the apparel industry.
