I’m Sheena, a Design Director, multidisciplinary creative, artist, and certified psychosomatic practitioner. I have 20+ years of experience across apparel, product, brand development, and creative leadership.

My professional experience includes contemporary women’s ready-to-wear and multi-category programs for Fortune 500 companies, with an extensive portfolio reaching brands and retailers including Anthropologie US & UK, Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom, T.J. Maxx, Apple, Sprouts Farmers Market, Yum! Brands, and many others.

Much of my career has been spent within startup and founder-led companies, where I've built creative departments from the ground up, developed and mentored teams, and established the creative direction and infrastructure necessary to support growth. My work combines creative vision with commercial strategy and technical expertise, contributing to multimillion-dollar contracts and sustained year-over-year reorders.

My creative practice has never been limited to commercial design. It also encompasses visual art, writing, divination, and somatic work, reflecting a longstanding interest in creativity, perception, and human experience. I'm currently developing Li-Sídhe, a 58-card divination deck, alongside my writing and mixed-media art. Through Luminal Threads, I'm building a creative world around art, embodiment, and community, with a larger vision for shared spaces and experiences.

Decades of creative exploration, technical expertise, and an enduring curiosity about human experience inform my perspective on creativity and nervous system-centered leadership.
