I launched the Product Development Department at Image Solutions in 2019, building internal processes across technical design, specs, and vendor communication. In 2020, I established the Design Department, bringing creative fully in-house. I hired and onboarded the team from the ground up, laying the foundation for what is now a multi-department operation.
While I led both departments for over five years, I now oversee Design, Creative Direction, and Marketing. As our clients and capabilities have grown, I’ve guided the evolution of our brand identity, merchandising strategy, and internal creative alignment across industries including QSR, retail, hospitality, and others.
From concept to rollout, I lead the visual and functional direction of uniform programs for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring consistency in design, fit, storytelling, and execution.
